I had a thought about it.

    Elon Musk has 14 children.

If you chop off his head, there will be 14 more billionaires. Elon Musk is the Hydra.

Billionaires shouldn’t even exist. A trillionaire should be promptly taken out back and shot and all of his assets redistributed amongst the public.

It’s very concerning that the richest person to have ever lived is a full Blut und Boden fascist. This should be but probably won’t be a wakeup call to all decent people worldwide that something is very wrong with capitalism. And not just capitalism, but very advanced and deeply embedded capitalism. Musk is an evil fuck, and no amount of money can buy him a soul.

He’s also a moron. The fact that he is the most successful confidence man in the world, says a lot about our world now. Companies trading at hundreds of times their intrinsic values.

Being ludicrously rich and being a fascist go hand in hand. People obsessed conning governments out of large amounts of money don’t tend to be in favour of helping others.

Oh shit the fuck up. It’s not capitalism. I live in that society and I’d never do that shit.

Some people are just fucking rotten.

I think your opinion is hilarious. Would you feel better about him if he wore rainbow flags, blm and other fun stuff for the poor? You totally miss the problem here.

Musk is another chode eating cunt with no real friends.

While I have no doubt that a lot of money would make my life better I know I have genuine friends who I’ve known for more than 30 years.

    He has none.

He’s absolutely got friends. They’re fucking awful people. But they’re in position to catapult him into the stratosphere.

It’s probably dependent on your age and location, but a lot of people associate the Donald Duck Uncle Scrooge with the Dickens story thanks to this:

Tbh it doesn’t matter to me whether he’s a billionaire or trillionaire (of course there’s a huuge financial difference, but both is way too much already). He’s just the most prominent ugly symptom of capitalism. No permanent fix to prevent this unless we get rid of these systems.

Some taxing is not gonna be enough. We need to make sure nobody can hoard that much at all. This is going to happen again and again in capitalism, taxes or not.

As I said, it’s a symptom. Taxes can lower the symptom and the money can be used for social improvements. But I’d rather address the root cause.

You simultaneously said we should fix the system while not caring about the class that warped the system in the first place.

You have to get rid of both. The system that allows the disparity and the wealth to warp it. If there is wild disparity it will always seek to bend the system further in its favor, and the only way to prevent that is to kill the disparity.

I didn’t read it that way. I read it as the difference between billionaire and trillionaire being irrelevant, neither should be a thing.

The systems and the rich both need to go. I’d argue that those who disagree should too.

No, I did not say that. I said they’re a symptom and that the magnitude of their property is not the main problem - the existence of accumulated property is. Of course we need to redistribute their wealth to the people. That’s part of the system change.

As the billionaires multiply their wealth by a factor of 1000, so too do I multiply my personal hatred for them, and so too does the social urgency of their abolition multiply anarchy

Honestly, I don’t think it matters much. America is just printing money for the fun of it, so it doesn’t really affect us. The money isn’t coming from us, it’s just endless leverage.

The US is on an inevitable road to hyperinflation so again, it’s not really anybody else’s problem.

The AI bubble will be allowed to crash after the US stock market/economy embraces AI and swallows the poison pill with otherwise durable financial entities that average americans rely on becoming hopelessly exposed to collapse by those entities having AI investments (i.e. fake money) forcibly integrated with them.
