I’ve found it takes a couple of weeks to completely reset my therapeutic baseline in terms of how it feels.

If I forget that I took it before it kicks in and take another just a couple of times it fucks all that up and I have to do that. I really fucking hate this disorder sometimes.

There’s electronic pill bottles that automatically set a timer for when you last took it. Revolutionized mine and my wife’s lives.

That’s why I created a very strict routine. I keep a pill bottle just for doses. After I take the evening pills out of the bottle and swallow them, I put in the morning pills, and vice versa. Also, when I take the morning pills, if I have any doses I need to take later in the day (but before evening), then I put those in the pill bottle in my backpack. If any of the bottles are empty, then I don’t take any pills.

LOL, this is practically a chindogu. Imagine, I have to put one of these on every pill bottle I’m using. Then, when I get a refill, I have to either rip the old switch panel off to put it on the new one or use a new switch panel. Oh, and according to Amazon, it costs $20.99 for 5 of these fuckers!

If my memory is so bad that I don’t remember to set up the evening dose when I take the morning dose, then it’s likely that I wouldn’t remember to take the morning dose in the first place.

And, of course, this does SFA for the Adderall that I need to take in the middle of the day.
