@Postmortal_Pop recently tried beets and it virtually always defaulted to the correct action. I’m really impressed. It did the tagging, as well as file organization.
For the family - if you can selfhost, point a Navidrome instance at the organized mp3s, and put Feishin/Symfonium on their computers/phones.
