New single from Dark Angel! I started out excited, I’ll admit but, is it just me? Between the vocals and the random effects, and the slightly unremarkable riffs - I feel a little underwhelmed. Like the vocals sound like some sort of parody. It can’t just be me who is disappointed with this. What do you guys think?

Looks like these guys are Duke Nukem Forever-ing themselves. This much time since last release is never a good thing, no matter what industry or medium you use.
Yeah, after decades of waiting, maybe our expectations regarding new Dark Angel material have probably been to high. Not excited either.
I heard their latest live shows have been amazing though, so I’ll keep looking forward to get to one of those at some point.
