New Power Trip! Didn’t think I’d see the day so soon, however it isn’t quite the same. For those of us who are fans of Fugitive and vocalist Seth Gilmore could see this coming eventually.
Great couple of modern thrash songs from this single, first one being the speedy mosher, second one being the groovy stomper, but building up a respectable pace. Guitarist Blake Ibanez is back with his fantastic guitar compositions and sound. Drummer Chris Ulsh holding everything together like glue in the recording, serving the sound perfectly.
RIP Riley Gale, he will be missed. But Power Trip’s future is in good hands.

I was just listening to this! Got recommended by a friend. Really good shit, anyone into thrash should definitely give it a listen
Was really enjoying these. Like you said, Power Trip’s future is definitely in good hands. Would it be too out of the question to expect an album in the next couple years?
According to Metal Archives, these 2 songs are listed on a release sometime in November of this year, which would be rad as fuck, but idk for sure yet without more research.
Edit: seems i’m mistaken, i cant remember where i saw it lol
