What the text describes is called “personal property” or “usage rights”.
Capitalists like to confuse that with “private property” which depending on who you ask can mean various things but always includes capital ownership (aka the means of production) and usually requires state enforcement.

What I liked in this article is that it discusses the legitimacy of personal property too. Is mine only what i actually need and use; the rest can and should be taken by someone who actually needs it.
