Huh, I was able to parse this one just fine.
Now those Rock Paper Shortgun headlines are hellI’m reading it as “A Linux driver for ThinkPads is ready to start reporting damaged devices on your system - starting with bad USB-C ports.”
Headlinese is kind of ruining this one.
Fixing the typo (‘damage’ instead of ‘damaged’) would’ve gone a long way.
i think the the “s” on devices is also important to make it make sense
So, usb devices that are connected to your laptop, or the laptop’s usb sockets themselves?
I assume the latter.
