Albany – Today, Assemblymember Emily Gallagher and Senator Liz Krueger announced the introduction of the Solar Up Now New York (SUNNY) Act, which would exempt small balcony solar, also known as portable or plug-in solar, from existing interconnection and net metering requirements.
