Old school heavy/speed metal from San Jose, California, USA. This EP came out in 1983 and preceded their 1984 debut. Exactly as you expect, full speed ahead with the production fitting of the time. Has some keys along the bass and melodies that give it a power feel occasionally.
Reminds me of a less heavy version of F&J’s Doomsday for the Deceiver.
