I decided I want to learn how to draw, so I bought a cheap second hand drawing tablet, watched A LOT of tutorials and started using these brushes.
After finishing the landscape I felt like it needed an object to make it less generic, so I added the tower. This was trickier but a lot of fun and I’m really happy with how it looks.
Very nice!
First time Krita but not digital? Would love to see your other (analog or digital) work :)
First time everything. :) I just added a description to the painting.
That’s even more impressive. Do not hesitate to share more if you feel like it :)
What did you read/watch to start you off, may I ask? This is a really impressive first work.
Seepark?
Well done, we will watch your career with great interest.
I decided I want to learn how to draw
Wait. How long ago did you decide this ? 3-4years ago?
Edit:
Ok, just read another comment saying that it was you first time doing everything. That is super impressive, you are very talented, and I need links to those tutorials !
Gorgeous! Really love the way you blended the sky and trees together, looks very lifelike. Admittedly, I first thought this was a traditional painting, so the fact that you can do this in digital really impresses me. Kudos for using Krita!
which tutorials did you follow? i wanna get into 2d art one day
just wanna say it looks great!
Reminiscent of the movie Oblivion (2013)
