It’s just 2 programmers from what I’m aware. When you go to donate they say that the goal is 5000€/month, but they usually fall drastically short of that.

I tried CalyxOS, but couldn’t get some apps I needed to work so I’m back on the default software. I’d recommend CalyxOS anyway though, but now that I read that they are on pause, you can maybe go with LineageOS.
