Nice! I want to move away from charging a battery. Plus the battery I currently have won’t charge and provide power at the same time and the place I need it doesn’t have an easy way to connect to panels outside.
Reddit sucks

Thanks! I was looking at the micro inverters that you can plug 2 or 4 panels into so I presume that’s parallel?
I know you can daisy chain panels too so maybe I’ll look into matching panels and using a single input microinverter.

Thanks!

Cool. I wouldn’t be creating enough power for surplus either.
Mixing meaning panels with different wattages and voltage.
Thanks! I’ll check Hoymiles.

Cool thanks!

Ah so they can have different wattages but voltage has to match?
If you exceed capacity it doesn’t just cap?

Thanks! The inverters I have been looking at apparently turn off if no power being pulled. That the same?

Thanks! I’m in California. I’m gonna hit you with a bunch of questions. No need to answer them all.
So you’re getting 600W instead of 800?
You can mix and match panels on the inverter?
What brand you get/where you get it?
Did you work with electric company or city to get reimbursed for overage?

For sure. At least it’s something for now. Easier than the battery system I got going on. I was planning on adding more panels anyways. Probably like the ones you’re talking about. Do they all have to be the same or I can mix and match panels on the microinverter?
Thanks! I’m hoping to run at least 20B. Idk if I can do that fast enough without 24GB. Seems to be the sweet spot.
Thanks! Not for me yet. Hope to save up enough to get 24GB VRAM in near future.
Thanks! That sounds expensive. Hopefully 24GB VRAM gets cheaper or models get more efficient soon.
What kind of system requirements to run this new model decently?
Thanks!
