Reagan already killed the ATC union.

KDE FTW!

Another +1 for URLCheck. If you’re interested in protecting your privacy on Android, this is a great start.
Looks awesome! Thanks for this post, I’ve been looking to ditch the GoogleTV but all I could find was Plasma Bigscreen and that’s not quite ready yet.

I was also frustrated at the lack of non-paywalled link, but your comment prompted me to try long pressing the article link on Thunder and lo and behold there’s an option for alternate sources with a archive.today link.

I’ve made posts like this while high. Can confirm it’s weird when people mistake your motovations as financial rather than THC-induced.

I’m waiting for Plasma Bigscreen to be released (hopefully soon!) and then I plan to use a palm sized x86 PC from Aliexpress.

I have a Pixel 8 Pro running GrapheneOS as my personal phone, and have an iPhone provided by work. I can see why people like iOS, but I absolutely prefer Android.
It would be interesting to see a GrapheneOS version of iOS, but Apple will never allow that.

Less popular distros that I use are NixOS and FreeBSD. I haven’t tried Gentoo yet, but I want to.
I want to buy a Framework laptop later this year. FreeBSD with KDE Plasma will be installed first, I might switch to Gentoo later, especially if work on the GNU Hurd kernel progresses far enough.
Are you implying it’s possible to debug without having to reinstall from scratch? Preposterous! 😂

I’ve been using GrapheneOS for a while, which should minimise disruptions, but I’m also hoping the Linux phone ecosystem improves before Google locks down Android completely.
I don’t know the software, but is the client/server model necessary, or is it to ensure AMD can enforce price rises when they want?
