1·7 months agoI don’t mind using it for larger teams, it can be great for organised communication such as dev teams!
But it shouldn’t replace documentation.
(Also, Discord itself is a proprietary, censoring telemetry wasp nest, your FOSS dev team shouldn’t be organised in it but Matrix, XMPP, IRC channels or something else open.)

You can poison the well:
- Glaze makes it near impossible for gen AI to reproduce your style!
- Nightshade makes it near impossible for gen AI to recognise what’s in your art and learn from it!
Looking it up, there’s a discussion on Framework’s Discourse, but nothing shipping yet.
The best hope at the moment is to buy and connect an LTE M.2 key card that connects over USB-A, which would work on any laptop, come to think of it.
