I think it took 6 months before I made a more permanent setup and didn’t just keep everything on a tray I put on my desk. A year after that maybe I removed the computer screen from the desk to fit racks for 100+ paint bottles… A while after that I upgraded the shelves to be able to display more minis and Warhammer books. I think it’s important to let the spaces you use evolve with how you use them. I use the desk for other things but to have it as a painting station primarily makes me paint more

I wish there was a more active AoS community but I guess I haven’t really done my part to improve anything either! Gonna have to remember to post more on Lemmy and not just the other places.
