Because legal discovery data retrieval is almost entirely automated. You are always going to end up with some irrelevant shit in there because it matched a keyword search somebody used for discovery.

Cloudflare has been excellent for me since I switched away from (puke) GoDaddy years ago. They don’t try to upsell you bullshit like most of the other places, either. I have three domains with them.

I do not use any other Cloudflare services. There are no additional costs or services required (beyond the domain fees) to use them as your registrar.

Hell yeah dude. I switched full time over a year ago and it’s been great. I still have a Windows partition for VR and modding but it literally went 6 months without getting booted last year. I’m encouraged by your success with VR, as I was under the impression HTCs stuff just didn’t work in Linux due to their middleware.

It sounds like you’re having trouble containing yourself.

I’ve been hosting my own email servers for 20 years without issue. But email systems were a huge part of my IT career so it was easy.

It works great if you have static IPs and know what you’re doing in terms of following best practices. If you’re missing those two things you’re going to have a bad time.

If you have the statics and want to learn, I’d recommend purchasing a test domain and getting the kinks worked out before you move a domain you care about to your own system.
