  • irritability is common when coming off the meds.

This 100%. And not just irritability, but the whole mood system gets out of wack to varying degrees.

Being inconsistent with the meds for any reason, can and will leave someone confused as to why the heck their mental state is all over the place.

Also second the rest for sure, and highly advise OP to skip the news firehose during medication rest days particularly.

  • Cannot take too seriously, comrades. Cannot forget the concept and reason for silly praxis.

If you make a home in other silly adjacent instances that generally mind their own business and spread the theory differently, neither the liberal capitalist nor the other natural enemy of an anarchist tends too notice much.

Both can’t read too well, only quote.

  • No, you misunderstood me. You’re not translating the blinky lights at the correct layer.

Reverse engineering requires trial and error, and graphics output requires a nuanced assessment between the values and inputs expressed by different sources that correspond to mappings ultimately upon a display interface.

A sighted person would perform this work using their eyes, because that’s the most efficient set up they literally would have the hardware handy to use.

Computers being math, and the human sense of touch being pretty dang sensitive, means that other peripherals than screens, can represent that nuance required to reverse engineer, or anything else relating to computer code.

The difficulty you imagine in not having your vision to perform a task, would not be a reality or an inherently extant limitation on this hypothetical blind programmer, in of itself.

Maybe (definitely) in the availability and pricing of good specialty peripherals, but that’s it.

The term for what you are doing and which isn’t something that requires malice, is ableism.

Now the term for making the assumption that someone is blind or visually impaired, just from a critique based on perception of facial features from a picture? That one I’m not sure what to call. Weird maybe?

  • Your warning will not arrive in time, for enough comrades to act upon efficiently.

A “smoke out” has two mechanisms; denial of an area, and the flushing of the game towards pre-planned lanes.

With the tangle between the agreements of the 5 eyes, there are already various levels of oversight (from little rooms at AT&T, to black boxes on the intercontinental cables themselves) at the T1 level to leverage pressure even if not outright control.

With money and heavy handed laws, the T2s and T3s can and have been coerced and curtailed.

That’s just data integrity at the backbone level, before you decide if Hetzner or OVHcloud can be trusted at the moment to move the e-zines to.

Far too many comrades still transmit topics of importance over the Internet at all, and not all with the appropriate rigor, let alone selecting friendly infrastructure they can network through to without hitting the open Internet until and how they’re ready.

And what’s friendly today to host at today, will change tomorrow, and also likely swap back to being safe on Sunday, before Monday rolls around…

Resilient systems must rely on adaptive networking with these and other concerns in mind, and they must be able to react faster than the SysAdmin can sprint out of bed.

Your instance knows what it’s about and how to handle some (or most, or all, we don’t go into that here) of that, but most others don’t, by design.

Positions of responsibility are best discussed and settled at the canteen, but they also often must be undertaken by those who can recognize the need, and with explanations and a willingness to accept the reckoning for them afterwards.

That’s what separates the values of those who might nod along at your instances’ “about” information, and those who are by nature predisposed to forever crave the comforting embrace of hierarchy under a different name.

    Be ready.

  • Uh. Well, if we’re assuming they’re still forced to pretend?

Obstruction of justice or anything relating to impeding an investigation.

All they would need to do is just pick any of the ID hits on anything coming from an adjacent node in the network from any direction, say they had probable cause to bel–

Why the fuck am I still writing and risking giving them ideas?

    The answer is just yes.

They would charge you and it would be a flimsy piece of bullshit that you might or might not escape the justice system without too much harm from. Because they still gotta pretend, but not that hard.

If things get kept to just placing bags atop them and access to them isn’t prevented utterly through whatever means, eventually they won’t have to pretend.

  • FUCK GEN AI.

Alright, clear opening, I think I can follow this comment.

All of you here excusing it or saying "oh its not AI its the corporations can suck my left nut.

Uninterested in technical detail, and blaming corporations, with a request for left nut oral for any holding any views thereof, ok, still following your stance, very clear.

but I am an anarchist and I stand firmly against all forms of AI.

    Sweet, the thesis statement.

    The only ethical use is

    Wait, what?

data sets pertaining to medical and research models

But we can’t talk about the technology that allows that, or it’s the left nut for us?

    that are locally run.

    So… non-corporate use is okay?

AI is a control tool and if you self host, IMO it reads to me like you want an info slave.

Well, yeah, I mean, we can call it an info daemon or something cooler, but yeah, for the control of the medical and the research datasets, yeah?

I’m very confused. Do I help you suck your own left nut or do I nuzzle the right one, comrade?
