By “Yandex bot” and “Russian bot” what do they mean?

Do we mean “bot”, like a social media account that pretends to be an authentic human user, but is actually a “bot”, or some other version of something inauthentic? Or do we mean the crawlers that Yandex sends out to crawl websites to refresh its search index?
