i really like nothings design (ive also got a nothing phone flex flex 🤤) and ive come pretty far with my customization but theres still alot to fix
like icon packs, launchers, the colors (material you i guess?) and so on

Would Artcticons be close enough? You can find them through Fdroid.
man im gonna sound so picky but not really, nothings icons have a blsck background and a fully white icon in the middle (and no, i can’t get that with material you color thingos, its just grey)
It sounds like you just need to go do some simple searches in the app stores for icon packs that you like. What exactly do you need help with?
I’m guessing all the downvotes are because nobody wants to be your search agent, and the way you’ve phrased this makes it sound like you’ve put very little effort into finding things for yourself.

This is the kind of asshole-ish response the open source community is known for.
It takes no effort to just not respond.
The person posted the same thing in multiple communities and got very little feedback aside from a bunch of downvotes. I was trying to help them by explaining why their approach is getting a bad response. I apologize for coming off like an asshole, that wasn’t my goal at all.
