Just minimise the number of places where you write things down. While there is a number of note taking apps I use at home and at work, it’s a small number, so I usually find stuff after a pretty quick search.
I’d say seperate places them by topic. All my study related things are in one app on my laptop, organization stuff in my phone calender. It helps so that I don’t grow tired of one system / the system doesn’t feel too cluttered, so it won’t fade into background noise.
Everything has an alarm? Snooze 'em all!
Write everything into that one app? Ain’t finding shit again and too tired to write everything in there, too much effort.
The last thing for chores and workout is: make a habit out of it, maybe set a daily alarm if it helps you and do it, just starting is fine at the beginning, but make it a habit
