I just wrapped up three more of these things, what does everyone think?
The bottom half are various stones I’ve collected, with a layer of dichroic glass on top, followed by a layer of plain glass. I then cut and polish them. It takes a long time, but it’s really meditative work.
Make sure you wear a respirator that is silica rated because silicosis is no joke.
Oh yeah, I like my lungs too much not to wear one. I eventually want to get one of those cool positive pressure hood/face guard things, but they’re a little out of my price range at the moment.
