I would reverse image search this myself but that doesn’t work with the tor browser apparently.

If you or someone else has enough time you could use the current image as a base in GIMP and retrace it in higher resolution.
Here you go. I traced it into svg with inkscape. I omitted the army because they look too kitted out for anarchists. If anyone wants to they are free to add.
