You erase „richness“ from the map by taxing. Because it is just the amount of money they possess not some sort of illness.
You have to change the rules of the system. If you just imprison or kill a bunch of wealthy people others will come and take their place.

You don’t need to kill them, if you start not letting them decide in politics, they become careful enough.
But IF the only options were to let them decide in politics like in the USA, or kill them… I mean come on, we gotta protect democracy, right? ;)
